AmeriCorps Watershed Ambassadors Plant Trees at Memory Park

The AmeriCorps NJ Watershed Ambassadors recently came up to the Paulins Kill and helped to plant 200 trees and shrubs along the Paulins Kill in Newton. The event was the 5th annual opportunity that the AmeriCorps program worked alongside the WRWMG. The Watershed Ambassadors learned how to organize their own tree planting events and will bring these lessons back to their own watersheds and volunteering events.
