McKeown’s STEAM Day a Big Success!

Kristine Rogers, the WRWMG Education Specialist, recently led a water conservation and protection station for Kindergarten through 2nd grade students at McKeown Elementary School in Hampton, NJ. STEAM Day exposed students to a range of different activities focused around science, technology, engineering, art, and math. As part of the day, Newton High School students from the Robotics Club also led a demonstration in front of the entire McKeown student body about the robots they constructed for a statewide competition. McKeown students were excited about the opportunity to build their own robots when they enter high school!
