WRWMG Watershed Director Wins DAR Conservation Award

Nathaniel Sajdak, the Wallkill River Watershed Management Group’s Watershed Director, was honored this weekend with the Daughters of the American Revolution’s Conservation Award. An awards ceremony hosted by the Chinkchewunska Chapter took place on February 29 at the Lafayette House in Lafayette, NJ.

Each year, the chapter presents multiple awards to Sussex County individuals and groups that demonstrate how their work helps the local community. Recipients are nominated by a chapter member and need to detail the long-term benefit of their work in order to be selected as an award recipient.
