Local Farms are Working to Protect Water Quality

Construction is underway to complete a covered heavy use area at a local Wantage farm. The project, being completed with both federal and state funding, is designed to capture all animal waste from the farm. This will prevent the animal waste from flowing into the nearby wetlands and will help keep the Papakating Creek clean from pollution.
