Intro to Ag Class Plants at new SCCC Rain Garden

On Monday, students in Professor Erin Collins’ Intro to Agriculture class installed purple lovegrass and tussock sedge plugs within the R building rain garden at Sussex County Community College. The rain garden is designed to manage 197,103 gallons of stormwater runoff per year off of the adjacent roadway on campus.
