WRWMG Receives $1,600 Grant from the Lake Mohawk Preservation Foundation

The Wallkill River Watershed Management Group (WRWMG) has been awarded a $1,600 grant from the Lake Mohawk Preservation Foundation to install bluebird and bat boxes at the WRWMG’s streamside tree planting projects throughout the Wallkill River Watershed. In September, the WRWMG will be working with volunteers from the Sussex County Association of Realtors to paint and construct the habitat boxes in preparation for installation this fall.
