NJCWRP Awards WRWMG Funding for Wallkill River Reforestation Project

Members of the New Jersey Corporate Wetlands Restoration Partnership voted to award the Wallkill River Watershed Management Group $4500 in funding to continue reforestation efforts along the Wallkill River in Sparta Township with the help of Sparta middle and high school students. The request will enable to WRWMG to purchase tree tubes for the project and to coordinate additional restoration work days for students throughout the spring and fall.
