High Point High School Students Plant Trees and Shrubs at Woodbourne Park

A.P. Environmental Science Students from High Point Regional High School worked with the WRWMG to plant 2,600 dormant hardwood cuttings at Wantage Township’s Woodbourne Park. Each cutting will grow into a full-sized tree or shrub over time. Some of the species that were planted include: black willow, silky dogwood, American sycamore, buttonbush, pussy willow, and elderberry.
