Earth Day Fair Coming to Sparta Middle School on May 3, 2025 10:00 a.m-2:00 p.m.

On Saturday, May 3, the Sparta Township Environmental Commission and the Sparta Middle School Environmental Club will be co-sponsoring an Earth Day Fair at Sparta Middle School (350 Main Street in Sparta) from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This free, family event will showcase numerous exhibitors from conservation organizations throughout North Jersey and will feature a Kids’ Corner with hands-on activities and crafts for children. Additionally, as part of the day, the Sparta Historical Society will be opening the Van Kirk Museum to the public so come explore all that the Earth Day Fair has to offer! A water bottle filling station is available inside Sparta Middle School. While there is no cost for admission, please bring non-perishable items for a food drive that will be conducted for Sparta Community Food Pantry as part of the event.
